Spotlight on new surgeon: Dinhkim Le, MD
I am originally from Vietnam. I came to the States in 1996 as a refugee and have been in Utah since. I did my undergraduate, medical school, and then General Surgery Residency all at the University of Utah. After residency, I've been staying locally, first at Jordan Valley Medical Center, and in the last 10 years at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center/Holly Cross Salt Lake, doing regular work of a general surgeon, with an emphasis on laparoscopy/robotic surgery. I am happy to be back at the U, joining the Community Program at Daybreak and Farmington. I love hiking and travelling (and taking pictures of natures and the places I've been to). A pretty big bucket list item for me is to visit all 63 national parks in the US (14 so far and counting).
