Application

 Individuals applying for this program must be either board certified or board eligible in plastic surgery and eligible to be licensed in the State of Utah. Please send the following to Kallie Handy (kallie.handy@hsc.utah.edu): Letter of intent, Personal statement, Curriculum vitae, three letters of reference, one of which from the chair of the plastic surgery residency program attended. USMLE step1 & 2 scores, plastic surgery in-service scores, ABPS written and/or oral board results, as available and publication list.

Duration

Program is a one-year appointment, August 1–July 31

Prerequisite Training/Selection Criteria

Applicants have completed an ACGME accredited plastic surgery residency. This fellowship is based at the University of Utah Health Care University Hospital. The salary for this position is commensurate with institutional guidelines relative to the educational level of the individual involved.
